We had a tour of the Corrie tenBoom house yesterday, and it was very moving to sit in the living room while having the story told by our warm and gifted tour guide. Her story and emphasis was very much about God's forgiveness and love for us, and she wove this missional theme throughout the tour. I was on the edge of tears throughout, and the kids hardly blinked during her 30 minute talk. She had Matthew and Sarah hide in the hiding place and then crawl out the closet to show everyone. It made me wonder, would we be as kind and giving and courageous and forgiving as the tenBoom family?
